Many restaurants claim to be farm to table and order their ingredients from wholesalers or supermarkets.  Not here, we are committed to supporting local and purchasing our ingredients, seasonally, direct from the farmer.  Whether it be veggies or proteins, there's a local source for it all.  We will be introducing them as we source, so you know exactly where your food comes from.

There are some fabulous farms around that can provide you with the best quality meats available.  Meats that have been raised, processed, and packaged, right here in Florida.

Florida has an immense agricultural history.  Many of us have grown up in the city and suburbs (myself included) and have forgotten how to go out there and grow things, or lets face it, some just don't have the time in our fast paced society.  Our featured farms will be open for you to visit yourself and purchase direct or learn about how to do it yourself, sucessfully.
